FAQ - Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, you can send this back to us. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
You can send the items to our warehouse, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of delivery. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package. You can return your order within 14 days after you received the order. After the 14 days we can't offer a refund or an exchange.

Custom made products are not refundable.

After we receive your package returned we will check if this is not damaged. After that we will make a refund of which you will get an confirmation email. Then it takes up to 10 days for the refund to be completely processed.

If an item of your order has arrived broken, you can send an email to studionoorderfabriek@gmail.com. Please add a picture of the broken item and a picture of the inside and outside of the box it was send in. You can then choose to get a new item shipped to you or to have a refund for the broken item. We will send a return label to send the broken product back to us, incase the product is to damaged we will let you know so you can throw this away.

FAQ - Order Information

Orders can be placed directly in our webshop or in our studio. Please note you can also always contact us my email at info@studionoorderfabriek.nl for order questions or for business orders.

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spambox as well. If you did not receive the confirmation email please contact us at info@studionoorderfabriek.nl to check if everything went right.

Please call or email us as soon as possible. We ship most of our orders out within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order is shipped there can't be any changes or cancelation made.

You can pay your order online by IDEAL, creditcard, Paypal or Bankcontact. 

Yes, items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased will stay there for 14 days. Do keep in mind that products can go out of stock in the time you wait to place your order later.

FAQ - Delivery

No, our prices do not include delivery costs.

All orders can be shipped to all the countries in the European Union. If you want to order for shipment within the European Union you can just order through our webshop and shipping costs will be shown at check out. We also do tailor-made shipping worldwide for all the countries outside the European Union but only for orders above the €1000 ex shipping and non-fragile items.

Our orders are shipped with different couriers such as DHL and PostNL. Also we do local delivery ourself within parts of the Netherlands or this is done by suppliers. We always only deliver after the first door street level. Also we use different courier parties for pallet transport. You can also always choose to pick up the order at our warehouse in Amsterdam.

Some of our products are made by hand only after an order is placed and can't be shipped immediately. These are products that have a delivery time in the description or are pre-order products. We will inform you once the order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the trackingnumber. Please always check your spambox if the email did not end up in there. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment or if you see shipment problems in your tracking you can always contact us by email at studionoorderfabriek@gmail.com
